3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Each player is limited to one account - multiple accounts will result in termination.
4. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
5. Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions must comply with our published limits and processing times. We reserve the right to request additional verification for any transaction.
6. Prohibited Activities
Cheating, fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity will result in immediate account termination and possible legal action under Australian law.
7. Prize Claims
Prizes must be claimed within 90 kqGj. Winnings over $10,000 may require additional verification and tax documentation per ATO requirements.
8. Self-Exclusion
You may request account closure or self-exclusion at any time. Once excluded, you cannot reopen your account for the selected period (minimum 6 months).
9. Limitation of Liability
Top-au Jack is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, to the extent permitted by Australian law.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and software are our exclusive property. Unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Sydney.
12. Amendments
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. It's your responsibility to review terms periodically.
